Payment conditions

  • Private customer payment must be made by cash after completing the job.
  • Companies payment can be made by cash or cheque after the job is completed.

Job arrival times:

  • The job arrival times are estimated. Although we are always do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause some delays.

Lost or damages:

  • The Van Solutions Removal Ltd do not take any responsibilities any lost or damages after the jobs been completed and received payment.
  • We do not accept any verbal or threatening behavior. Customer would be liable for the full payment if the driver have to leave the job.

Minimum Charge:

  • There is a two or three hours minimum charging on all jobs. 3 hours minimum charge only if you choose the 2 extra help with the driver.

Parking:

  • The customer has to make sure there is any parking space or permit to void increasing the loading unloading time. The parking fine or tickets doesn't including the prices.

Extra help:

  • If you do not required extra help just the Man and  Van service, than please make sure you are able to help the driver loading and  unloading.

Give a lift:

  • There are two extra seats for passenger next to the driver and  I'm happy to share the ride with you.

The Clock:

  • The work start as the driver pulls over and start loading. Finish as he finished moving the last item.

Extra Charge:

  • Extra fuel charge applies if you are moving out of the M25 ring.

Congestion Zone:

  • If we have to drive into the Congestion Charge Zone   the customer will be £8 / day charged for it. Monday-Friday 7am-6pm.
